Refunds & Returns

HippieTripsz® is NOT responsible for any damaged, or stolen packages. Product care is provided with each order.  Once the delivered, it is out of my hands. If your order was not delivered and USPS customer service informs me of a lost package a refund shall be issued through WIX. If the products come damaged during the shipping process, a return can be processed (Please contact me if this occurs). The customer is responsible for paying & printing out an emailed shipping label , mailing the product back in its original packaging along with freebies and wrapping papers. Once I receive back the damaged product (s), a refund will be issued. This usually takes 7-14 from initial contact to complete a refund to customer's bank. If you are having any other issues or problems, feel free to contact me with your order number and details of your concern.

HippieTripsz® does not copy any other artists, all products are handmade, original designs. Ranging from canvases, to various accessories, and herbal recipes. All shipping information and personal information is never shared to anyone other than myself, Wix and USPS.

NEVER use magick to replace medical attention 

DO NOT ingest any Ritual Oils

NEVER leave a fire unattended or pour water on hot wax- smother with a damp towel if outburst occurs. Always light open flames away from children, pets and in a fire safe dish such as a glass bowl or bowl of salt.

ALL my products are handmade, not made with a machine so each product is very delicate. Handle with care.

Caring for your products

 All products are handmade and delicate. Even with premium-quality equipment, accidents do happen. To avoid damages please handle with care, avoid tugging/ pulling, avoid pressure/ heat, avoid contact perfumes or lotions, avoid getting your item wet, do not leave your item in direct sun for prolonged periods, keep item in a cool and dry place,  and keep out of reach of children or pets.

I offer free local delivery that can be selected at checkout or automatically after the shipping address has been provided. All orders are delivered to you by hand, please contact me via Instagram DM or email with your order number provided to discuss further on delivery time windows and preferred delivery method (e.g. Leave at the door, Knock upon arrival, I am available at 2 pm, etc).
